I'm working with a diverse group interested in understanding how to engage small businesses in on-line blogs and forums.

If you had any ideas on that we'd all be pleased to hear them.

The problem at the moment is all the sites these people might go to are condescending and intimidating.

There has to be a way of welcoming and engaging people and in my view it needs real design.
